Bartender for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

We are looking for a bartender mostly for for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Friday and Saturday working with another bartender and Sunday and Monday solo.

Available for restaurants holidays (Mother`s day, Nye, etc etc)

Since its opening in 2013, the restaurant has been dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience with a focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lexington House. In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails and provide attentive service to our guests, enhancing their overall dining experience. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in both food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
• Stay informed about menu offerings and seasonal changes to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
