Role Summary: Provide timely, accurate & friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests

Thursday – Sunday 430pm to 1030pm

Bartender

Summary of Duties & Responsibilites

• Take accurate beverage orders from guests & servers
• Prepare & serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, & food orders to guests seated at the bar
• Use POS system to create drink & food orders accurately
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges & handle cash
• Prepare garnishes for drinks & replenish food items for bar patrons
• Organize bottles & glasses in an attractive & functional manner to support efficient drink preparation & promotion of beverages

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

• Be 21 years of age
• Be able to communicate & understand the English
• Italian/Spanish language ability is a plus
• Have working knowledge of beer, wine & liquor & common drink recipes
• Possess basic math skills & have the ability to handle money & operate a cash register
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
