Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and ingredients efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption for safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy nights

Skills

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and retail math
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and inventory management
• Experience in catering or food industry roles is a plus; knowledge of brewing or alcohol preparation is beneficial
