Bartender - Fuddruckers

Fuddruckers , where the World's greatest burger is served, is looking for great people to serve the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our great customers.  This person will need to be able to pleasantly greet guests, take orders and ensure a pleasant bar experience, while maintaining a clean work area. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Order Fulfillment:  Fill orders from customers and servers.

• Inventory Management:  Maintain bar inventory and order supplies.

• Cash Handling:  Collect payment from customers and balance cash receipts.

• Bar Maintenance:  Keep the bar area clean and organized.

• Responsible Serving:  Verify ID for legal drinking age and monitor customer intoxication.

• Menu Knowledge:  Understand and recommend bar menu items.

• Opening/Closing Duties:  Prepare the bar for opening and closing.

• Collaboration:  Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. 

• Beverage Preparation:  Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service:  Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
