Bartender Full Time

Basement Burger Bar is looking for a high-energy, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar that thrives on great service, great drinks, and creating an unforgettable guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with speed and consistency
• Deliver an engaging, guest-first experience in a high-volume environment
• Take food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining strong menu knowledge
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and service-ready at all times
• Follow all alcohol service and safety standards
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Help create a fun, upbeat atmosphere for guests and staff alike

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and beverage service
• Positive attitude with strong communication and people skills
• Team player mentality with reliable work ethic
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• TIPS/ServSafe certification is a plus
