Bartender - Griffin Tavern

We are seeking fun, professional, positive Bartenders to help create an experience that is unsurpassed at the Griffin Tavern.

Bartenders report directly to The Restaurant Manager. Experience required.

Responsibilities include:

Familiarity with craft cocktails, beer and wine is a must

Serve and assist guests with a high level of professionalism

Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn POS system

Knowledge of all food and wine menu items

Ability to make recommendations and sell

Compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations

Works well under pressure

Contributes to a positive and team-orientated work environment

Act in a responsible and trustworthy manner, including cash handling

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Must be able to work independently and available mornings, evenings and weekends. $16.66 + Tips.
