Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly as a Hostess, managing seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Prepare and serve beverages as a Bartender, utilizing Paradise POS system to process orders accurately and swiftly.
- Deliver food orders promptly and professionally as a Food Runner, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and reach tables in pristine condition.
- Maintain excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness throughout the service area.
- Assist in managing the flow of service during busy nights, utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a nightclub or banquet setting.
Experience

- Bartenders earn the standard $2.35 an hour.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing.
- Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering events demonstrates adaptability to dynamic settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is required to ensure guest safety.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate billing are necessary for smooth operations.
- A background in hospitality or the food industry combined with excellent time management will set you up for success in this lively role!
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
