Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Educate guests about our beer offerings, including tasting notes and food pairing suggestions.
• Take food and drink orders and assist with basic food service tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy using retail math skills.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in the hospitality or food industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.98 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
