Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient food handling and storage practices.
• Support catering events, banquets, nightclubs, or fine dining settings by serving beverages promptly and professionally while managing multiple orders seamlessly.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment; fine dining experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using excellent time management skills.
• Experience with retail math for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate transaction processing.
• Background in hospitality or brewing adds valuable insight into beverage preparation techniques.
