Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure quick and accurate orders
• Assist in food preparation, serving, and presentation to support the kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Manage cash handling and cashier duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up stations, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operation
• Manage time effectively during shifts to prioritize tasks, restock supplies, and ensure efficient service delivery

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales tracking
• Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and retail math for accurate cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with effective time management skills
• Prior experience with brewing or hospitality roles demonstrates adaptability within diverse food service settings
