Bartender Lead

OPERATION:

PinSocial is a hybrid golf entertainment facility offering year-round play in 60 luxury golf suites located in Deforest, Wisconsin.

• Each suite will feature InRange technology– a sophisticated ball tracking gaming system – the same product providing animated golf ball flight on TV Tour events.
• The golfing range features 10 Smart Target greens that illuminate upon impact with different colored lights.
• The Smart Targets have distances ranging from 45 to 225 yards.

Additional activities offered at PinSocial facilities:

• 36-hole outdoor putting course
• 4 lanes of Duckpin-Mini Bowling
• 3 multi-Sport Simulators
• All activities of the facility are lit for night play

PinSocial will offer a full-service restaurant and bar.

• Our restaurant will offer lunch and dinner
• Two additional bars around the facility

Essential Functions

Beverage Service:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

• Create classic and signature cocktails seasonally and for events

• Beverage menu creation and implementation for bar staff

• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages meet or exceed company standards.

Customer Experience:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

• Interact with patrons, answer questions about drinks and menu items, and provide recommendations.

• Address customer feedback and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bar Area Maintenance:

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.

• Clean and sanitize glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.

• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent overconsumption, adhering to responsible service guidelines.

Cash Handling and Sales:

• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately.

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and process transactions efficiently.

• Inventory control, including tracking stock levels and restocking as needed

• Order bar products, tools, and equipment

Leadership:

• Opening and closing duties

• Train new bartenders on procedures, service standards, recipes, bar operation, and safety

• Main contact for bartenders and suite hosts as a shift lead

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure that all beverage services comply with legal regulations and company policies.

• Monitor guest behavior and intervene in situations that may require additional action.

• Comply with safety and sanitation standards in the bar area.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or similar setting.

• Excellent knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage service.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible Beverage Service certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear.

• Long hours standing, walking, and going up and down stairs

• Using bar equipment and tools including knives

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Using basic cleaning products and equipment
