Limoncello is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love crafting high-quality cocktails, and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to recipe specifications
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols
• Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
• Work seamlessly with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Assist in maintaining inventory par levels

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Weekend and evening availability required
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
