Bartender Manager

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales abilities. A background in food safety, food handling, and retail math will support success in this position.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Engage with customers to create a positive experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards
• Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in setting up for events including catering, banquets, or nightclub functions
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service abilities to engage guests and promote a welcoming environment
• Experience serving in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet settings, or the food industry is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately
• Ability to work nights, weekends, or special event hours as needed
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests
• Previous experience with brewing or hospitality industries is a plus
