Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance bartenders’ skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Create innovative drink menus in collaboration with the culinary team to keep offerings fresh and appealing.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong mixology skills and knowledge of current beverage trends.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a busy hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for team development and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and health & safety standards related to food and beverage service.
