Bartender Manager

Park 101 is looking for an experienced Lead Bartender who can help drive the energy, support the team, and oversee operations during assigned shifts. This role is perfect for someone who loves bartending but is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.

As a Lead Bartender, you'll be the go-to person during service—helping manage the flow of operations, supporting the team, and ensuring guests receive the exceptional experience Park 101 is known for.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
• Lead bar operations during assigned shifts in a high-volume environment.
• Support bartenders, servers, and support staff to ensure efficient service.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with guest concerns and help resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain responsible alcohol service practices.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Leadership, key-holder, or shift lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, sporting events, and live entertainment.
