Bartender & Marketing Associate (Part-Time)

At Trueman Vineyards, we’re searching for someone who can pour a great glass of wine and create a memorable experience around it. If you love connecting with people, are curious about the winemaking process, and enjoy being part of a growing brand—this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pouring tastings, wine by the glass, and seasonal cocktails / mocktails
• Creating a welcoming, engaging experience for every guest
• Sharing our story in a natural, authentic way
• Guiding guests through wine selections and making thoughtful recommendations
• Assisting with social media content, advertising, and website

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of successful guest service experience, with references
• Someone personable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with all types of guests
• Interest in wine and the winemaking process
• Ability to stay organized and provide great service in a busy environment
• Experience with social media/marketing is a strong plus
• Experience hosting private events, or working festivals/farmers markets is a plus
• Must be available Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays

Compensation:

• $15/hour guaranteed, with the opportunity to earn more through tips

• Assisting with social media content and light website updates
• Supporting and hosting private events
• Occasionally representing us at festivals, farmers markets, and off-site events

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of guest service experience
• Someone personable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with all types of guests
• Interest in wine and the winemaking process
• Ability to stay organized and provide great service in a busy environment
• Experience with social media/marketing is a strong plus
• Experience hosting events, or working festivals/farmers markets is a plus
• Must be available Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Weeknight availability is a plus
