Bartender/ Mixologist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and talented Bartender/Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events such as banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service
• Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling, serving, and sanitation practices in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy hours
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately
• Experience in retail math related to inventory control and sales tracking
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or nightclub shifts
