Bartender Mixologist

We are looking for someone with experience to pickup 3 to 4 shifts per week. Must be available on Saturday closing shift.

CRAFT HOUSE at Sky Deck serving up great craft cocktails using our house made syrups and garnishes.

We are a restaurant "Craft House Sky Deck" Located at the Del Mar Highlands Town Center's new venue "Sky Deck" We are a full-service restaurant serving up New American Cuisine with a variety of Craft cocktails, rotating Craft beers and an exclusive wine collection.

We are looking for candidates that are..

Able to produce specialty cocktails in a high volume high pressure environment.

Able to make syrups and garnishes.

Maintain a stocked bar and produce a weekly inventory and have control of the bar.

Must have prior restaurant/bar experience.

Ideal candidate is an enthusiastic Mixologist willing to join the team with other exceptional Mixologist/Bartenders.

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
