Bartender / Mixologist

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender / Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, cultivate a group of loyal guests, support the restauarnt with craft made coktails and mocktails, and assure memorable experiences for every guest. Your expertise in drink preparation, combined with your passion for hospitality, will help foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and the opportunity to service special events on and off property.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales and return visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Toast is a plus
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience with retail math, basic math skills, cash handling, and cashiering to accurately manage transactions.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail crafting to elevate guest experiences.

Pay: $13.73 - $45.00 per hour
