This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique beachside setting that combines the laid-back lifestyle of the Florida Keys with the scenic beauty of Islamorada. Our café is an outdoor Mediterranean bistro set right on the sand, featuring surf-inspired decor and a menu that blends Caribbean and American cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, offering a personalized experience at our beachfront bar.
• Display expertise in our extensive range of beers, wines, and island-inspired cocktails.
• Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Engage guests with stories behind signature drinks and gourmet offerings.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bar Management

• Manage bar operations with skill, including effective opening and closing routines.
• Uphold top standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Carefully manage inventory and bar equipment, enhancing the bar's welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment.
• Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a busy environment.
• Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sorry no sponsorships.
• No hand/neck/face tattoos
• No facial piercings
