Bartender – NH44 Indian Brewing Co. (Herndon, VA)

Job Summary

NH44 Indian Brewing Co. is opening soon, and we’re building a team of energetic, guest‑focused bartenders who want to be part of something new, vibrant, and community‑driven. If you love craft beer, great conversations, and creating memorable guest experiences, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional, friendly service to every guest
• Pour and serve NH44 craft beers with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Prepare basic cocktails and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Check IDs and follow all ABC regulations
• Support opening/closing duties
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat taproom environment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior bartending or serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Knowledge of craft beer is a plus (we’ll train you!)
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
