Bartender - Original Skiff

Job Summary
At Original Skiff, we pride ourselves on delivering an elevated dining experience with exceptional service and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages with precision, professionalism, and personality. This role requires strong mixology skills, attention to detail, and a warm, guest-focused approach in a refined setting.

Guest Experience & Beverage Service:

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them to create a welcoming bar experience
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our beverage offerings, including cocktail recipes, spirits, wine pairings, and seasonal features
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Handle special requests and dietary needs with care and professionalism

Bar Operations & Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Ensure all beverages are crafted to recipe specifications and presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper glassware handling and bar hygiene

Team Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely drink delivery
• Assist with restocking, prepping ingredients, and bar setup/breakdown
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
