Bartender - Paddle + Par

Paddle + Par is a club that blends great food with great games. Guests come for our gourmet pizza, 11 pickleball courts, 5 golf simulators, 2 table tenis tables — and stay for the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere we create.

The Role
We’re seeking someone who thrives behind the bar, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in their craft. You’ll be pouring everything from classic cocktails to our own signature creations, while keeping service friendly, efficient, and seamless for guests.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 1 year of bartending experience
• Bring a positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Know the fundamentals of mixology and are open to learning our recipes
• Can keep your cool and stay organized during a rush
• Enjoy chatting with guests and making them feel welcome

• An interest in pickleball, golf, or social sports
• Familiarity with current drink trends or creative cocktail ideas
