BARTENDER (Part-Time)
Covenant Woods is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent service, and engaging in a community-oriented environment.
Schedule:
- Approximately 16 hours per week
- Regular shifts on Fridays
- Every other weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Interact with guests in a courteous and engaging way
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and safety standards
- Assist with special events and community gatherings as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Virginia
