Pay rate is: $7-12/hour then plus tips.

Summary:
We’re looking for friendly, professional Bartenders who share our love for food, drinks, and excellent service. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting. Exceptional beginners who are driven and eager to learn are also welcome.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Following our Companies; mission, vision and core values.
- Greet and serve customers quickly and professionally.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
- Take food orders and enter them into the system.
- Follow Massachusetts laws regarding alcohol service and ID anyone under 40.
- Keep the bar clean and organized, including washing glasses and disposing of waste.
- Maintain stock, adding counts daily, and notify the manager of shortages.
- Handle phone calls and messages when necessary.
- Accurately process cash and charge transactions.
- Complete opening/closing duties to maintain a clean bar.
- Report any health/safety concerns to management.
- Communicate professionally with staff to ensure great service.
- Clearing, bussing and setting tables.
- Polishing and rolling silverware.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have ServSafe Alcohol and food handler certifications.
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
Skills:
- Ability to read safety and procedure documents.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Ability to follow instructions and handle minor issues.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Loud environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands.
