Bartender (Part-time)

HOS Management, a top tier hotel development, and management companies in the Savannah Market are currently searching for a part-time bartender for the Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Savannah Midtown!

Overall Responsibilities:

The duties will primarily be operating the bar:

- You must be able to work by yourself, open and close the bar, clean and organize the liquor cabinets and storage.

- Discard the expired items after informing the General Manager of the quantities discarded.

- Lock and secure alcoholic beverages at the end of each shift.

- Handle the glassware dishes during and after each shift.

- Take out bar trash at the end of each shift.

- Respect the proper procedures related to serving alcoholic beverages (ID Check, etc...)

- Clean bar, sweep and mop restaurant, wipe down tables and chairs at during and at the end of shift.

- Provide an inventory to the general manager each week.

- Work well in collaboration with the cook.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours if needed
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
