Schedule

• Mondays and Tuesdays
• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cashing out procedures smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate service protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during events like banquets or catering functions.
• Handle cash handling, basic math calculations for bills, and retail math for sales transactions confidently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector, including retail math or cashiering skills.
