Bartender: Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage (rate based on experience) and tips. We are looking for someone to work part-time (12-30 hours per week) with availability to cover/fill additional shifts as needed. Applicants must have evening and weekend availability. Standard shifts will include at least every-other weekend and some weekday evenings. Current resume listing relevant experience required with application.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the requirements outlined by Pennsylvania Liquor Control Enforcement for legal consumption of alcohol
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Comply with all membership regulations for social clubs outlined by Pennsylvania Liquor Control Enforcement including checking membership status and completing membership renewals and applications as needed
• Comply with all small games of chance regulations outlined by Pennsylvania Liquor Control Enforcement including purchase/payout and documentation for small games of chance (pull tabs)

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, club experience preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• PA RAMP certification required (may be completed/renewed when hired if needed)

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
