Bartender - Part-time position

We are looking for a personable, reliable, and hardworking bartender to join our team at a busy, community-driven restaurant. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, creates a great guest experience, and works well alongside both front and back of house teams.

If you enjoy hospitality, can stay organized during busy shifts, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
• Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a high-volume environment
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
