Bartender - Private Country Club

Job Summary

The Tuxedo Club seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and customer service driven Bartender to join our team!

DutiesResponsibilities

• Provide an excellent member and guest experience by utilizing knowledge and skill of beverage service and operation.
• Inventory, stocking, set up lists, opening/closing out bar, creating and serving all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and seating area.
• Adhere to all Club uniform standards.
• Comply with all NYS HealthSafety codes with regard to foodbeverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years' bartending experience
• Basic knowledge of DOH regulations
• Ability to develop inventory lists, stocking and set up lists specific to function amount
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Knowledge of the most common cocktails, garnishes, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
• Team player that is energetic, professional, has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work varied shifts which include weekdays, evenings, weekendsholidays

• May need to work in wet or humid conditions, near moving parts, near fumes or airborne particles, in extreme non-weather heat,in extreme non-weather cold
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, use handsfingers, reach with handsarms, talk &/or hear
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision,depth perception
• Employees must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs multiple times per day,push a cart weighing up to 100lbs
• Expect to be on their feet for up to 6 hours at at time
• Must practice proper body mechanicsuse appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid injury
