Job Title: Bartender
Location: Hermitage Country Club – Manakin-Sabot, VA
Position Overview:
Hermitage Country Club is seeking skilled, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bartenders. In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages and provide exceptional service to members and guests in a refined private club setting. The ideal candidate combines strong mixology knowledge with a polished, hospitality-driven approach. No experience needed, will train on the job!
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Maintain expert knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and club offerings
• Provide attentive, engaging service while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all ABC regulations
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently (if applicable)
• Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required (private club or fine dining preferred)
• Must also be willing to take tables in addition to making drinks
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must meet all legal requirements for alcohol service in Virginia
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
