Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. You will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate the Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Proficient in using Toast POS for order management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Experience in restaurant, bar, or nightclub environments preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience in the food industry with a background in bartending or serving roles.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
