Bartender - Regency at Dominion Valley

In this role, you’ll be more than just a drink maker—you’ll be a key part of our guest experience, bringing energy, professionalism, and personality to every interaction.
Compensation:
This role is Part Time $11.00
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with consistency and care
- Engage with residents and guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Accurately handle cash and process transactions
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus
