Position Overview

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing and serving beverages with consistency, creativity, and professionalism.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in their craft.

What You'll Do:

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Create memorable experiences for every guest
• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Guide guests through beverage, wine, beer, and food selections
• Build relationships with regular guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Deliver hospitality that exceeds expectations

Beverage Preparation & Service

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Execute classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and seasonal features
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Serve guests efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Bar Operations

• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down the bar
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and product management
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and fresh ingredients
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist with bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation

Teamwork & Leadership

• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive culture
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and beverage education programs
• Assist with mentoring and supporting newer team members
• Contribute ideas for cocktails, promotions, and guest experiences

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• TIPS Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
