Rooftop Bartender (+ Full-Service Support)

We are looking for a skilled, energetic Rooftop Bartender to join our team during peak season, with occasional support in our fine dining service environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy rooftop setting, takes pride in craft cocktails and guest interaction, and can seamlessly support elevated service standards when needed indoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced rooftop bar environment
• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Engage with guests in a professional, welcoming, and energetic manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Support bar operations including prep, restocking, and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth guest experience
• Food Running - Main Kitchen to Rooftop
• Assist occasionally in fine dining service (food running, guest support, service coordination) as needed
• Uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Prior bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience a plus)
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume, outdoor setting
• Confident, professional, and guest-focused personality
• Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure
• Team-first mindset with willingness to support both rooftop and dining room service
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends during rooftop season

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour

Sunday: 2.30pm - 9pm
