Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Serve food items promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions with accuracy using retail math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety protocols for food handling and sanitation.
• Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, delivering excellent service in diverse settings including nightclubs and fine dining venues.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to balance serving multiple tables while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet, or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or events efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage preparation techniques such as brewing is desirable.
