Schedule:Day shifts, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: Hourly wage + tips
Job Summary
Rowley Grill & Tap is seeking an experienced Bartender / Serverfor daytime service. This role requires someone who is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working solo shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests at the bar and tables with professional, friendly service
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails
• Take and enter food and drink orders accurately
• Operate POS and handle cash/credit transactions
• Open and close the bar and service areas
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking throughout the shift
• Requirements
• Previous bartending and serving experience required
• Proven ability to work independently on solo shifts
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Must be 21+and meet state alcohol service requirements
