BARTENDER / SERVER

Job Title: Bartender / Server (Hybrid Role)Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Bartender / Server to join our team. This is a hybrid role designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and comfortable working both behind the bar and on the floor.

The selected candidate will work:

• Bartender: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
• Server: Three additional days per week (typically Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Bartender Duties (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails with consistency and quality
• Provide attentive and engaging service to guests seated at the bar
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch
• Guide guests through beverage selections, including cocktails and wine
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Accurately input and manage orders using Clover POS system
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and safety standards

Server Duties (3 Days per Week)

• Provide high-quality table service with attention to detail
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
• Build rapport with guests and enhance their dining experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and pairings
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle payments and transactions through the POS system

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender and/or server required
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Clover POS (or similar systems) preferred
• Must be proactive, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work:
• Tuesdays & Wednesdays (Bartender shifts)
• Three additional days (Server shifts – typically Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
