Bartender / Server

Job Summary
Nittany Country Club is seeking an energetic and reliable Bartender/Server to join our team in a beautiful golf course setting. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our members and guests, whether they are finishing a round of golf or attending one of our tournaments or banquets. This is a fast-paced, social environment perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.

• Training Provided: No experience? No problem! We will train the right candidate, though prior experience is a plus.
• Varied Work Environment: Balance your shifts between daily clubhouse service, exciting golf tournaments, and occasional banquets.
• Flexible Scheduling: Shifts available for weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of banquets and special club events.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.

Qualifications:

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming appearance.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to our location in Mingoville, PA.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
