Bartender / Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a memorable dining experience, and maintain high standards of food safety and hospitality. Experience in fine dining, food handling, or the food industry is preferred, but a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

Currently, we cannot offer full time bartending hours. We can offer part time, with additional hours available as a server.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with food preparation when necessary, consisting of basic plating or garnishing.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and reset promptly for new guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies.
• Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service.
• Support banquet or catering events as needed, providing attentive service to large groups.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
• Good customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & around holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $250.00 per day
