Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen via POS, and deliver dishes promptly while maintaining excellent customer engagement.
• Manage POS systems (Skytab) for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and ensure accurate cashiering procedures.
• Keep bar area stocked and organized

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments as a BARTENDER with at least 1 year experience
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations and ID checking to ensure compliance at all times. An actice ServSafe On-Premise Alcohol Certificate will be required.
• Ability to perform basic retail math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS, OTHER SHIFTS FLEXIBLE/TO BE DISCUSSED. 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK.

COMPENSATION: $8 per hour (Tipped Wage) + Nightly Earned Tips
