Bartender / Server

Summer at LedgeStone Vineyards is around the corner, we are hiring for an all star team!

LedgeStone Vineyards is located in Greenleaf, WI and hosts a busy summer of concerts, events, wine/beer tastings and more. We are hiring for someone that is hard working, personable, quick on their feet and has a passion for wine.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Represent the LSV brand by communicating our products and connecting with the customer
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills.

Roles

• Server or bartending roles available, will train for both, most staff rotates between the two positions
• Should be able to work most Sundays
• Busy season is May - September. We can work with teachers who go back to school in the fall
• Should be able to stand for 5+ hours and lift 50-70 pounds

Pay: $21.58 - $25.99 per hour
