Tin Can Bar & Grill is looking for a Bartender / Server who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys working as part of a strong team.

We’re not a stand-around-and-wait kind of place—our team moves, communicates, and supports each other to deliver great food, cold drinks, and an awesome guest experience.

If you like staying busy, making money, and working with a solid crew, you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pouring beer, mixing cocktails, and serving wine
• Taking guest orders using our POS system
• Running food and drinks quickly and accurately
• Checking IDs and following alcohol service laws
• Providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service
• Bussing and resetting tables
• Restocking bar and service areas
• Keeping the bar & grill clean and organized
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending or serving experience preferred (we can train the right person)
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy without being asked
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable talking to guests and creating a great experience
• Basic POS / computer skills
• Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
