Bartender/ Server

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Clover
• Serve drinks and meals promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures during service
• Must be able to lift cases of wine and mixers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including bar area, dining space, and service stations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover (preferred)
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse guests and team members effectively
• Prior experience in serving alcohol responsibly in the brewing or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Working weekends is mandatory (Required)

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
