Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system.
• Provide attentive table service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining balanced registers
• Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations during serving and food preparation processes
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally
• Effective time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and managing tabs accurately
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced hospitality environment
