Bartender/ Server

Croccante is an artisan pizzeria located in downtown Napa, known for our Detroit-style pan and Chicago thin tavern-style pizzas. Voted as the best pizzeria in Napa for 2025 by our locals, we are looking for a bartender on specifically Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability.

Position Overview

You’ll be trained under our Bar Manager and learn to prepare all of our house cocktails. The position also includes serving tables — while our menu is straightforward, a solid understanding of all items is expected.

You’ll need to be quick on your feet, as you’ll typically be responsible for 4–5 tables minimum. On weekdays, the role is roughly 60% serving and 40% bartending, so flexibility and multitasking are key.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender is a must.
• Familiarity with sales techniques to promote beverage specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
