Casa Masa is a scratch kitchen focused on Oaxacan-inspired food. We’re big on quality, consistency, and creating a genuinely good experience for our guests. The Landings location is a smaller, team-driven environment where everyone pulls their weight.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Bartender/Server who is comfortable working both behind the bar and on the floor. This is a hybrid role, so flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine
• Take orders and manage tables efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
• Support team members and help where needed during shifts

Requirements:

• Open availability
• Experience as a server and/or bartender
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay:
Hourly + tips (discussed during interview)

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
