Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems and providing correct change.
• Assist in setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nightclub or restaurant hours while managing time effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using retail math skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $5.00 - $13.00 per hour
