Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take food and drink orders accurately using Silverware POS system.
• Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
• Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience as a bartender.
• Will require a Tennessee ABC Server Permit
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Silverware, Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to perform basic math for sales transactions accurately
• Experience with serving at banquets or catering events is advantageous
