Bartender / Server

Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Bartender / Server, expertly mixing drinks, serving food, and providing exceptional customer service in a private club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure all member and guest are taken care of
• Perform opening, closing, and ongoing side work
• Take orders, input orders into Micros correctly
• Menu and drink knowledge
• Make drinks in timely fashion
• Able to follow and memorize drink recipes
• Verify check accuracy, collect signatures, close correctly
• Communicate with fellow employees
• Prioritize tasks when busy
• Assist with seating, answering phone, running food, clearing tables, and resetting tables when needed
• Work with other departments during events
• Report to work on time with neat appearance and clean uniform
• Adhere to local and state laws as well as Wuskowhan standards
• Keep dining room and building clean
• Complete additional tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing
• Previous bartending experience
• Parti-time and full-time available
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work independently or in a team setting
• Ability to read, write, listen, speak, memorize, follow direction
• Perform basic math (addition/subtraction/percentages)
• Able to stay calm in busy setting
• Professional and respectful
• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have or can pass TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
